We just wanted to express our appreciation to you and your Professionals team and in particular to our agent Fiona Edmonds for our experience during the process of selling our lifestyle block and purchasing two apartments.
I was particularly impressed with the professionalism and care taken to communicate with us and explain alternate marketing options and walking us through the auction process. The time taken by your Auctioneer and Sales Manager to check in with us and explain the details at each stage of the process made a tremendous difference to us, they were very helpful and made us confident and comfortable with the Auction process.
We are delighted with the outcome of the sale. Fiona was a pleasure and always kept us up to date with how the marketing of our property was going and feedback we were getting from the market and interested parties. Even though it was a difficult property to sell Fiona was always positive and worked incredibly hard to understand and negotiate with each interested party and bring us a sale. Nothing was too much trouble and her efforts throughout exceeded our expectations.
